I first met Rafal around the beginning of 2015, when I was looking to hire a construction company to extend and completely refurbish my house. Rafal and his company stood out among all the builders I met. He was always on time at the meetings, showing me good knowledge and passion for the subject and a strong will to get involved in this challenging project.

The project involved the addition of a rear extension, a two storeys side extension with underpinning and loft conversion. Structural changes were also at the heart of the project with the addition of 12 steel beams to create an open plan and a full interior refurbishment, including completely new electrics, heating, fresh water connections and drains.

RBB Construction Ltd has been on top of pretty much everything helping out anytime something unexpected requested a last minute decision and providing a valuable professional point of view.

The company approach is distinct by professionalism, a top-quality workforce and a reassuring ‘can-do’ attitude. Rafal proactively involved me in the construction process from start to end. We did work together as a team and managed to successfully achieve all the objectives established in the planning phase, completing what it’s been a very difficult and challenging project to my full satisfaction.

I am now looking to do further works to my property and haven’t hesitated in contacting them again.

I have known Rafal since 2014 when I engaged him for a small loft insulation job in my flat. His worker was very tidy, on time and did a good job. One year after I launched a bid for a major renovation of our new house and he was selected amongst 7 contractors. We appointed him for a 6 months project of an old Victorian house to upgrade electrics, plumbing, ceilings, loft, kitchen, redoing bathrooms (with tiling), restoring old wood floors and stairs as well as walls. His construction, paint and woodwork are very good. Rafal’s team (about 6 people) worked daily, being always on time, in good mood, tidy, and eager to provide ideas and solutions to unforeseen challenges. His suppliers and subcontractors proved to be of high standards, especially the window maker (replacing two wooden French double glazed doors). Rafal is a very positive, polite and relaxed person. He listens to his client and endeavours to ensure he meets their needs and expectations. He is very quick in responding to calls and email, and he prides himself on ensuring he delivers work of good quality.
